  • Yes! I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, AETNA and United Health Care.

  • If you have a different health insurance plan that I’m not in network with, I am happy to provide a superbill that can be submitted for out-of-network coverage. Many insurance companies will reimburse anywhere from 30-80% of treatment costs. If you have specific questions about your benefits, please contact your insurance company directly and ask the following questions:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy?

    • What is my deductible and what has been met so far this year?

    • What percent of my session rate will be reimbursed?

    • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • Schedule an initial consultation call or appointment with me by clicking HERE.

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.

  • The free 20 minute consultation call gives us a chance to go over the basics. It’s an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and share a brief overview about what brings you into therapy. At the end of the call, if you’re interested in scheduling an intake session, I will gather some information from you (health insurance, if applicable and contact information), and we can schedule an intake (initial) session. However, there is no pressure to schedule a session at the end of a consultation call.

  • At this time, I am offering in person sessions on TBD.

  • At this time, I see therapy clients from 7:30am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday.

  • No problem. It’s important that you find a therapist who is the right fit for you. I’d be happy to help you in your search for a therapist who might be a better fit for you and your needs.

  • Nope! Many of my clients are either not ready for somatic (body) work, or they’re not interested in it - they prefer talk therapy. That’s totally fine with me. The space is yours.
