Yes! I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, AETNA and United Health Care.

If you have a different health insurance plan that I’m not in network with, I am happy to provide a superbill that can be submitted for out-of-network coverage. Many insurance companies will reimburse anywhere from 30-80% of treatment costs. If you have specific questions about your benefits, please contact your insurance company directly and ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy?
What is my deductible and what has been met so far this year?
What percent of my session rate will be reimbursed?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

The free 20 minute consultation call gives us a chance to go over the basics. It’s an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and share a brief overview about what brings you into therapy. At the end of the call, if you’re interested in scheduling an intake session, I will gather some information from you (health insurance, if applicable and contact information), and we can schedule an intake (initial) session. However, there is no pressure to schedule a session at the end of a consultation call.
